Hav-a-chat is an safe and confidential support and counselling service that are located in NSW. However, agents of theirs regularly travel to Merredin, Wagin, Narrogin, Katanning, and Kojonup to provides services as required. Most notably providing services in Northam on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month.

Hav-a-chat has agents that specialise in different support categories, and are well experienced in many challenging situations. For example: Rachel Middleton specialises in processing and managing grief and loss, helping mainly women who need support in relationships. Brad Middleton specialises in providing coaching, mentoring, and relationship related support work, mainly helping blokes.
